Please be reminded that Table Mountain Cableway will close for Annual Maintenance from Monday, 28 July to Sunday, 3 August 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 4 August 2025, weather permitting.

During this period, both the Top and Lower Stations, restrooms, restaurants and shops will remain closed. However, Table Mountain itself is still accessible to hikers, with most routes and walkways open.

Birthday special: If your birthday falls within our annual maintenance period, you can collect your free Cableway birthday ticket during your birthday month, just not between 28 July – 03 August 2025. Remember to bring your valid SA ID, driver’s licence, or birth certificate (with an SA ID number) to confirm your birthday.
